  You will lead a selection of brand themes within the LEGO portfolio, build awareness and desire for our products, while connecting with the target audience in meaningful ways. You will also be crafting impactful and relevant Go To Market executions within the Benelux region. How does this sound?

  Please note: This role is based in Brasschaat, Belgium (nearby the Dutch border – Breda) . We can offer a local Belgian or Dutch contract depending on the country you are living in.

  Core Responsibilities

  Develop and implement LEGO Masterbrand strategy for Benelux, including target setting and budget management.

  Lead and implement all LEGO Masterbrand Activations in Benelux, such as LEGO Holiday campaign, Rebuild the World campaign, but also occasions such as Easter & Valentine

  Key driver of the Shopper communication calendar , incl. execution of an always on shopper campaign.

  Lead all campaigns in an OESP (Owned, Earned, Shared, Paid) way of working. Strong collaboration with all OESP collaborators in and outside the organisation.

  Drive selling-in of Strategies, Campaigns and Execution towards all partners

  Collaborate with our media agency on the Benelux media plan for Masterbrand audiences and brands.

  Track media and business performance and lead after-action reviews to feed back takeaways and optimize future plans.

  Closely collaborate with the Western Europe regional team on what is needed to complete campaigns and projects in the business unit

  Develops and translates consumer, shopper and customer insights to relevant Benelux data points

  As our Brand Manager you will join a team of 6 brand marketeers who enjoy end-to-end responsibility for their own LEGO themes and audiences. The Brand Team is part of a wider Marketing team consisting of Digital, Trade, Performance and Brand Relations colleagues.

  Do you have what it takes?

  Proven experience , in Brand Management and/or Campaign management. Through the line marketing experience with a strong leading Consumer Brand.

  Consistent record in delivering commercial results . Strong drive and motivation to get results and bring forward agile solutions in a constantly evolving internal/external environment

  Able to demonstrate strong communication, networking and collaboration skills

  Excellent project manager skills, with the ability to translate a strategy into an innovative plan and implement with excellence.

  Understanding of all major media and retail channels with validated experience with digital- and eCommerce marketing , strong perspective on the latest industry trends.

  Data oriented and strong analytical skills , using Marketing analytics and performance measurement to strengthen plans

  Languages: Dutch (Fluent), English (advanced). French is optional (would be advantageous)
