Description Robert Half has an immediate need for an experienced Bookkeeper. This Bookkeeper position requires the candidate to be proficient with A/P, A/R, General ledger, and financial reporting. 　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Outline Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

　　Preside over an efficient system to track financial transactions and define policies and procedures for bookkeeping

　　Support quality archived records by filing documents

　　Care for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

　　Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

　　Manage and review general ledger

　　Reconcile accounts by rectifying entries Requirements - BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

　　Earlier experience working with various types of accounting software desired

　　Public Accounting experience

　　Comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping

　　Expertise in QuickBooks

　　Strong familiarity with month end closings

　　Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
