Will join Finance Accounting Operations team to support the business of Philips Israel which include R&D for medical device and software, manufacturing and marketing.

　　The AccOps team is responsible for Accounts Payable/Receivables, Record to Report (General Ledger) as per IFRS and local regulations, Merger and Acquisitions, projects implementation of global automated financial tools and improvement of our local processes to the global standard.

　　Your role:

　　Maintaining bookkeeping records for Accounts Receivables (Credit & Collection), Accounts Payableand General Ledger entries of the company.

　　·Performing account reconciliations, identify exceptions and act to resolve them.

　　Assisting with month-end closing and other projects as needed.

　　·E2E responsible for execution of all relevant purchase to pay (P2P) processes within their assigned scope in compliance with directives (including recording invoices, matching invoice with PO, working with Supply Chain, support payments process).

　　Driving standardization, simplification and operational excellence in P2P and assisting special projects of financial automated tools.

　　Performing internal SOX control as per the harmonized work instructions and documenting the supporting evidence on timely manner.

　　You're the right fit if you have:

　　Bookkeeping certificate minimum type 2 (type 3 is an advantage)

　　At least 3 years of relevant experience in a multi-national company

　　Experience with SAP systems

　　Solid written and spoken English (must)

　　Great interpersonal skills and team player

　　Ability to lead meetings with peers in Hebrew and English

　　Learn global policies/procedures and guide team members (subject matter expert)

　　Strong Excel skills
