Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Jupiter, Florida. The selected candidate will be responsible for a range of financial and accounting duties, including account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and bookkeeping. This position will also require proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and other financial software to manage and analyze financial data.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately

• Reconcile accounts and ensure all financial data is up to date

• Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting

• Employ Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze financial data

• Carry out month-end close procedures to ensure timely reporting

• Manage bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any financial discrepancies

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when need

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Proven experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Solid background in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Extensive knowledge and experience in Bookkeeping including inventory

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for financial tasks

• Experience in performing Month End Close procedures

• Proficient in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks
