Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in the architecture and interior design industry, located in New York, New York. The Bookkeeper will be tasked with managing financial records in a detail-oriented and organized manner, ensuring a smooth flow of operations within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process credit applications from customers.

• Keep customer credit records updated and accurate.

• Respond to and resolve customer queries pertaining to credit and billing.

• Monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions as required.

• Handle the reconciliation of credit card transactions.

• Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting.

• Employ advanced Excel skills for data analysis and financial modeling.

• Leverage Expensify for expense management and reporting.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

• Oversee billing processes, ensuring all invoices are issued and paid in a timely manner. Requirements • Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential

• Must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Experience with Expensify is required

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) processes is necessary

• Should have a background in Billing operations

• Proficient in Credit Card Reconciliation tasks
