Description Robert Half is seeking an experienced and attentive Bookkeeper for a client in the financial services industry in the Calabasas area. This contract-to-permanent opportunity requires a team-player who is well versed in QuickBooks Online.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients using QuickBooks Online. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and invoicing. Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a regular basis. Prepare and process payroll for clients, including calculation of wages, taxes, and deductions. Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and collaborate with accountants as necessary. Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide support related to financial matters. Requirements - Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

　　Comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping

　　Command of QuickBooks Online

　　Deep understanding of payroll

　　BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

　　Prior experience working with accounting software
