In this Bookkeeper role, you will handle reconciliation, month-end closing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. As well, the Bookkeeper will stay on top of a general ledger reconciliation, perform data entry, light journal entries, cash applications, and full cycle A/P coding. Interested? 　　Major responsibilities

　　Handle monthly accounting close

　　Organize sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments

　　Maintain Accounts Payable

　　Additional special projects if necessary

　　Update general ledger

　　Aid with monthly accounting close

　　Adept in credit card management and reconciliation

　　Draw up monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

　　Prepare subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement

　　Regulate Accounts Receivable

　　Draw up cash flow projections, as needed Requirements - Experience with chargebacks

　　QuickBooks experience

　　Factoring experience required

　　Deep understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Accounts Receivable (AR) experience

　　Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines

　　Excellent analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills

　　Noteworthy accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferredStrong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks

　　Excellent oral and written communications skills

　　Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges

　　Proven analytical skills - defining problems, collecting relevant data, drawing valid conclusions, and recommending improvement/corrective actions

　　Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment
