Job Overview:
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a key role in the recruitmentefforts for this global tech company. In this 3-6+ month contract,you'll partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to identify,attract, and onboard top talent across a variety of roles. The positionis fully remote and requires someone with strong experience infull-cycle recruiting, preferably in the technology or financialservices industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume ofdomestic and international requisitions, including sourcing,screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand talent needsand create effective recruiting strategies.Proactively source and engage with passive candidates usinginnovative tools and techniques.Leverage ATS to manage candidate pipelines and ensure an efficientand organized process.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as abrand ambassador for the company.Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies duringall stages of recruitment.Meet recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, andcandidate satisfaction.Attend weekly status meetings to update the team on search statusesand stay abreast of company news.Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within thetechnology or financial services industries.
Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment for domestic andinternational roles.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools(e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Experience working withSmartRecruiters and Workday ideal.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizationalskills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Strong analytical skills to measure and report recruitment metrics.
