　　Your responsibilities

　　Design Accounts Receivable invoices, analyzing payments received, and record deposits

　　Conduct and manage the general ledger

　　Appease accounts by balancing entries

　　Look after archived records by categorizing documents

　　Organize a structured method to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures

　　Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

　　Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information Requirements - Prior experience using accounting software

　　BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

　　Real estate experience

　　Accounts Receivable (AR) experience highly desired

　　Proven knowledge of reconciliations

　　Bookkeeping experience

　　Accounts Payable (AP) experience preferred

　　Bookkeeping Functions experience

　　Well-founded grasp of bank reconciliations

　　General familiarity with data entry

　　Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
