　　Robert Half is looking for a Bookkeeper with strong accounting experience to join a company in the Professional Services industry. This Bookkeeper role is a great opportunity for candidates with prior A/P, A/R, General ledger, and financial reporting experience. 　　How you will make an impact

　　Uphold quality historical records by filing documents

　　Monitor accounts by balancing entries

　　Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

　　Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

　　Oversee and manage general ledger

　　Examine payments received and record deposits

　　Oversee and maintain a well-run system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures

　　Requirements

　　Requirements- Experience using accounting software

　　BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

　　Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

　　Basic Bookkeeping experience

　　Adeptness in Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Payroll experience

　　Foundational knowledge in Tabs4

　　Bookkeeping experience required

　　Proficiency in Bookkeeping Functions

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
