Administering reconciliation, month-end closing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable will be the Bookkeepers obligations. Additionally, the Bookkeeper will handle coding, light journal entries or general ledger reconciliation and perform data entry, cash applications, and full cycle A/P. 　　Your responsibilities

　　Handle Accounts Receivable

　　Other special projects as requested

　　Provide cash flow projections, as needed

　　Produce subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement

　　Produce monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

　　Look after general ledger

　　Credit Card management and reconciliation

　　Maintain monthly accounting close

　　Accounts Payable

　　Maintains sales tax records and creates and files quarterly payments

　　Verify monthly accounting close Requirements - Highly organized and self-motivated

　　Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

　　Detailed and have the ability work independently

　　Strong analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills

　　Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills

　　Bookkeeping experience

　　QuickBooks experience preferred

　　Cost accounting experience

　　3+ years of related experience- Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlinesStrong analytical skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
