JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Job Summary: The Boiler Mechanic I - willwork on industrial projects with industrial boilers / HRSG systems. Willhave specific duties and responsibilities (this can vary with eachproject depending on the support needed) assisting and supporting themaintenance, repairs, installation, startup, and troubleshooting ofboilers / HRSG systems. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Assist withrepairing and installing of Boiler / HRSG parts, components, andsystems. Perform tasks within area of expertise safely. Appliesexperience and skills to complete assigned work within own area ofexpertise safely. Expands skills in own work area within an operationalprocess Works within standard operating procedures or methods Works witha moderate degree of supervision Work in confined spaces as well as wearthe required safety equipment when need: Successfully complete and passcompany technical and safety training. Lifting and moving heavyequipment and machinery as per company safety policies Perform otherduties as assigned Travel may be required Ability and willingness towork holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignmentsMay be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCorevision and align with our organization\'s core values. RequiredQualifications & Experience: Degree or associate degree in TechnicalField Up to two (2) years of experience working with boilers / HRSGsystems Must have Driver\'s License Must possess minimum required handtools. Desired Characteristics: Trainee level. Trial position to ensurea good fit for the company - attitude, skills, ambition Basic skillstraining to ensure knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices andprocedures of a particular field of specialization. Experience workingwith Boilers / HRSG systems can be substituted for degree Experience inindustrial outage maintenance desired Mechanical aptitude and experienceworking on Boiler / HRSG industrial projects. Experience working withinstallation of manholes, handholes, valves, gauges, and feedwaterconnections in drums and vessels. Experience working with repairboilers, tanks, and vessels in the field by unbolting or flame cuttingdefective sections preferred Experience working with firing systems,with fuel and air injection systems, pulverizes, and auxiliarycomponents, etc. relating to Boiler / HRSG systems preferred Experiencetroubleshooting industrial equipment Must havemechanical/technical/organizational skills and work well bothindependently...
