OhioMeansJobs|Cleveland-Cuyahoga County is sourcing for three Lawn maintenance Foreman for  a company in Westlake.

　　No direct supervisory responsibilities

　　Duties/Responsibilities:

　　Lawn and landscape bed maintenanceHorticulture maintenance and basic plant knowledgeSpring and fall clean up.Follow and execute project instructions from the Hardscape Foreman or other management.Proficiently operate a variety of landscape maintenance equipment, such as zero term mowers, line trimmers, stick edgers, hedge trimmers, backpack blowers, chainsaws, etc.Maintain a clean and safe work environment, work site and maintain equipment including but not limited to company fleet, machinery, and hand tools.Properly use equipment and perform job duties to the  Design standard.Assist with snow removal during the winter.Complete all production related digital timesheets.Positively promotes the company culture.Follows company policies and procedures.Performs all other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:

　　Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving recordAble to work successfully with limited supervision.Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a plus.Minimum 2 years' experience in landscape and/or grounds keeping.High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
