Body Shop Administrators are responsible for greeting customers and handling phone calls and updates. They will also be responsible for tracking the progress of repairs on individual vehicles. This will include communicating with customers to keep them updated on the status of their vehicle or ensuring that all necessary parts have been ordered in a timely manner.
