The Department of Developmental Services, Metro Region is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team of professionals supporting adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in their homes, as well as to support the Family Intensive Supports team in creating sustainability of family resources for individuals living in the community. The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) is a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis. Professionals who are certified at the BCBA level are independent practitioners who provide behavior analytic services. In addition, BCBAs supervise the work of Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions. Incumbent will also be responsible to train staff in techniques of PABC, "Proactive Approaches to Behavioral Challenges", the state-wide curriculum for de-escalation techniques to manage unique behavioral challenges. Incumbent will work clinically under Doctoral level Psychologist and will report to the Executive Director of Metro Residential Services.
