JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a Blow Molding Operator to join ourteam in Racine, WI on a full-time basis. This role will be working withour blow molding machine on second shift and ensuring products are madeto specifications. This position will also require assisting theMaintenance Tech with color changes and tooling changes on the blowmolding machine, as well as minor machine adjustments while the machineis running. Requirements: Operates blow molding/injection moldingmachinery Trims excess material from molded product Regrinds excessmaterial and unsatisfactory pieces for reuse using grinding machineLifting 50 pounds throughout the day Weighs finished pieces to determineaccuracy of machine operation Makes adjustments to machine controls tocorrect Assembles product utilizing punch machinery to insert metalcomponents to plastic part Hand feeds metal component to punch machineryPacks boxes of finished parts.
