Blending Technician - $19 to $25 an hour

2-2-3 Schedule (straight shifts)

Both Day and Nights are Available 6:30 to 6:30

We are seeking a Blending Operator position for our Client that is within a fast paced and growing Manufacturer in Green Bay, WI. This person will join the Production Team and will help ensure the accurate blending of materials product according to client specifications. The Primary duties will be to help ensure the safe, efficient and continuous operation of assigned blending products and equipment on a daily basis. Ensure quality products are produced in the appropriate quantity and within specifications. If you have some production and machine operation experience, are detail oriented and can work independently - we want to talk to you!

Job Title: Machine Operator - Blending Technician

Location: Green Bay, WI

What’s the Job - Job Duties

Monitor the systems to ensure quality and quantity of product

Understand and perform various quality system checks and measurements

Blend product according to customer guidelines

Troubleshoot processing systems as needed

Perform daily process rounds, taking logging various measurements levels

What’s Needed - Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Must be Detail oriented

Proficiency with computers, calculators and measurements

Experience within a manufacturing environment (food production preferred)

Machine operation - preferred

Good computer and data entry skills

Forklift experience helpful

Must be a quick learner, able to work independently, and self motivated

Must be able to train on 1st shift for a couple of weeks.
