JOB REQUIREMENTS: Prepare and cook orders according to customerspecifications, including product selection and quantities Presentproducts uniformly according to Renard\'s Cheese standards Prepare,slice, wrap, weigh, and price products in accordance with Renard\'sspecifications Maintain appropriate stock levels by restocking cases andshelves as needed Follow stock rotation guidelines Prepare specialorders, party trays, and catering orders Operate Bistro equipment,including but not limited to, meat and cheese slicers, ovens, cuttingtools, and scale Adhere to all food safety guidelines to preventcontamination Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environmentMaintain a clean and orderly work area, including sales floor, backroom,and storage areas Ensure accurate product labeling and pricing Followmerchandising guidelines for optimal product presentation Assist inreceiving product deliveries and maintaining accurate records Performother duties as assigned Regular, dependable attendance and punctualityare required Qualifications: Previous experience in a cooking role ispreferred but not required Strong attention to detail and ability tofollow guidelines and procedures Excellent customer service andcommunication skills Ability to work well in a team environment***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills, basic math functions, ability to multi-task andability to work as a team.
