Responsible for the safe operation of tools used for therepair of bins; these include a pneumatic stapler, nail gun, hammer, prybar, chisel, cutters and sawzall. Accountable to maintain a clean, safeand organized work area. Advises the Supervisor or Lead Worker of anyoperational problems, equipment failure, or safety and quality issues.Stages cranberry bin bottoms and sides for stacking and/or repairRequired to attend work on a timely and consistent basis. Ability towork overtime as required. Perform forklift operations such as: stagingcranberry bins inside/outside the yard, load and unload bins fromtrucks, and transport bin sides and bottoms into the plant for repair.Support Receiving Station\'s harvest operations by: assisting withharvest set-up, monitoring operational efficiency of assigned harvestequipment, and supporting routine maintenance, sanitation/end of yearharvest cleanup. Removes snow physically where needed and by means oflarge equipment on sidewalks and driving surfaces. Assist with loadingtruck to dispose of waste produced by the Process and Receivingoperations. Ability to maintain accurate logs of inbound and outboundshipments. What We\'re Looking For: Forklift experience is preferred butnot required Ability to obtain OSC forklift certification - trainingwill be provided onsite WI CDL is desired Prior bin or pallet repairknowledge is desired Ability to walk, stand, stood, kneel, crouch,twist, lift, and reach with hands and arms frequently Ability to lift,assemble and make required adjustments to the wooden bins.
