Job Description

　　Insight Global is hiring a CAD Manager for and Industrial client in St. Louis, MO. This direct placement opportunity will give an individual the opportunity to scale with one of the top companies in its field. This role will lead a team of 6-8 drafters and is responsible for planning performance reviews and interpersonal meetings. They will deliver feedback and advise on drafting performance. This role ask that the manager will apply their knowledge to grow the drafting team members. They currently use Revit and plan to use AutoCAD for their designs. This role has a generous benefits package and sits 4 days onsite in St. Louis, MO.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　5+ years of BIM/CAD Experience

　　3+ years managing and mentoring Drafters

　　Revit or AutoCAD or Advanced Steel or Aviva ( or similar drafting software) Revit or Navisworks for 3D modeling

　　Experience in the oil, gas, power, mechanical, or heavy industrial industries null
