　　Job Description

　　AECOM India is seeking to hire a BIM Coordinator for our Gurgaon Office. The responsibilities, required experience and qualification are summarized below:

　　Position Title: BIM Coordinator (Building Information Modeling)

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle.

　　Facilitate communication and information exchange among team members.

　　Develop and enforce BIM standards and protocols for the organization or project.

　　Ensure consistency in the use of BIM tools and workflows across project teams.

　　Oversee the integration of architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) models into a comprehensive BIM model.

　　Resolve clashes and conflicts within the BIM model to optimize project coordination.

　　Conduct regular quality checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.

　　Review and verify the completeness of BIM deliverables.

　　Provide training and support to project team members on BIM tools, processes, and best practices.

　　Address any technical issues and provide guidance on efficient BIM workflows.

　　Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for each project.

　　Ensure that the BEP aligns with project goals and client requirements.

　　Manage collaborative BIM software platforms and ensure proper data exchange between different disciplines.

　　Work with IT teams to optimize BIM software performance.

　　Oversee the organization and management of BIM data, including file structure and version control.

　　Implement data management best practices to ensure data integrity.

　　Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination meetings to address issues and optimize the BIM model.

　　Foster collaboration among team members to enhance project efficiency.

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.

　　Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, or Bentley Systems.

　　Knowledge of industry standards and protocols related to BIM.

　　Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle.

　　Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

　　Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

　　Additional Information

　　This role requires 10 years of experience in BIM coordination or related roles.
