　　Invoice correction based on Customer request Uploading request to Smartsheet Managing cases in various systems Cooperating with departments in the BSC (such as Customer Service and Collections) Supporting colleagues, acting independently within the scope of responsibilities

　　have Student status: you are currently enrolled in college or university and have a valid student identification card economic studies preferred are able to work at least 30 hours/week speak fluent English (any other European language is an advantage, eg. Spanish, Italian, French, German) can use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) confidently have excellent communication skills
