Kforce's client, a global legal services company headquartered in Chicago, IL is seeking a Billing Coordinator. The schedule is hybrid, and the benefit package is outstanding.Duties will include:

　　Billing Coordinator will prepare client invoices

　　Prepare account statements

　　Review prebills

　　Revise invoices

　　Reporting

　　Prepare and manage write-offs

　　Enter data into accounting and billing software

　　Communicate with clients

　　Bachelor's degree

　　At least of 2 years of billing experience

　　Strong Excel and outlook

　　Strong communication skills, written and verbal

　　Experience with legal industry billing software like Aderant, Elite or SAP a plus

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
