   Responsibilities

  The Billing and Collections Analyst will assist the Senior Manager, Billing and Collections, with all of the following: Processing invoices for all revenue streams

  Collection of outstanding customer payments

  Application of cash receipts

  Resolution of customer account discrepancies and billing issues

  Analysis of the Allowance for Doubtful Accounts

  Preparation of journal entries required to properly record cash receipts and

  related taxes and bank fees, as well as any bad debt write-offs

  Process refunds and customer onboarding

   Qualifications 1-2 years of corporate accounting experience, with knowledge of accounting and billing systems.

  A/R Collections experience including interaction with a large customer base in a business-to-business environment is also helpful.

  Strong Microsoft Excel skills required

  Strong communication skills

  Strong organizational and analytical skills combined with strong attention to detail and follow-through

  Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment

  Ability to handle multiple demands calmly and effectively

   Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business (eg. Accounting, Finance or Business Administration) is preferred

  Experience with customer billing portals is preferred

  ERP financial systems experience is also preferred but not required
