Description

　　Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist to join my clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling billing processes, timekeeping, and ensuring accurate financial transactions. This role involves working with pre-paid invoices, converting projects from the previous year to the current one, and managing the transition of hours and time from old projects to new ones.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Billing and Invoicing:

　　Prepare and process billing invoices for clients.

　　Work with pre-paid invoices and ensure accurate documentation.

　　Timekeeping:

　　Maintain a meticulous timekeeping system for recording hours worked.

　　Ensure timely and accurate recording of billable hours.

　　Project Conversion:

　　Facilitate the conversion of 2023 projects to 2024.

　　Transfer hours and time from old projects to new ones efficiently.

　　Workday Utilization:

　　Utilize Workday for seamless transition and management of projects.

　　Transfer Work in Progress (WIP) and time data accurately.

　　Industry-Specific Systems:

　　Familiarity with timekeeping systems commonly used in law firms or accounting firms.

　　Adapt to and navigate specialized billing and timekeeping processes unique to the industry.

　　Qualifications:

　　Previous experience in billing, timekeeping, or a related field.

　　Proficiency in using Workday or similar project management tools.

　　Familiarity with the billing and timekeeping systems used in law firms or accounting firms.

　　Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.

　　Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
