　　Establish financial controls and procedures

　　Review, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered

　　Analyze billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary

　　Function side-by-side with other teams to achieve data quality and consistency Requirements - 2+ years of experience in a related role

　　Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required

　　Highly-qualified in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

　　Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills

　　Project Billing experience

　　AIA Billing experience desired

　　Proficiency in Deltek Vision
