Description Robert Half is seeking a Billing Clerk for a growing company in the La Porte, TX area. We are seeking candidates with strong attention to detail and a knack for prioritizing and organizing their workloads. As a Billing Clerk, your duties will consist of reviewing bills and compiling data into spreadsheets and accounting software. 　　Responsibilities

　　Evaluate, process, and review bills or invoices for services rendered

　　Institute financial procedures and controls

　　Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data consistency and excellence

　　Gauge billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, acquiring missing or correct data when necessary Requirements - Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required

　　Excellent communication and organizational skills

　　Deep understanding of Web Portals

　　Experience with Coupa

　　Expertise in billing

　　QuickBooks experience preferred

　　Proven knowledge of High-Volume Invoicing

　　Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)

　　Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- 3+ years of experience in a related role

　　Comfortable working with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
