　　Job Description EcoVadis is looking for a Billing and Collection Associate Level 2 to join the Finance team in Mauritius. This position is responsible for full-cycle multi-currency accounts receivable functions including billing, billing modifications,  process payments, collections, and reconciling key customer accounts. The position interacts with internal and external customers on a daily basis and must provide a consistently high level of customer service and ethics.

　　Core responsibilities:

　　Issue and send invoices/credit notes as per contracts.Ensure proper filing of sales contracts;Respond to customer queries and requests;Provide and fill out financial and administrative documents;Maintain and engage with a portfolio of aging receivables accounts to recover all past due accounts;Take appropriate action to resolve and/or identify significant accounts receivable  issues and escalate appropriately;Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any accounts receivable queries;Assist with a variety of internal projects based on the needs of the organization;Liaise with international colleagues from all departments regularly to assist and add value to the EcoVadis global mission. Qualifications Fluency in French and English is a must;Minimum of 2 years experience in Account receivable or Billing function -prior experience in Salesforce would be a definite plus.Prior customer service or collection experience would be an advantage;Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Finance;Proficiency in Excel is a plus. The Billing & Collection Associate must:
