　　Job Description

　　This role is responsible for billing assigned accounts. Will work closely within the current billing team and directly with internal teams. This position requires a strong to ability to prioritize, plan, and provide direction. Reporting directly to the Client Accounting Manager. Their analytical ability is a valuable asset, while their communication skills can make a impact.

　　Responsibilities

　　Serve as the daily billing contact with Account management and finance team

　　Process new job requests for assigned accounts

　　Review client scope

　　Ensure client PO are received and matches sow

　　Communicate directly with the account team regarding billing needs:

　　Transfers

　　Create, review and share draft invoices approvals

　　Labor Rates

　　Write off

　　Proof of performance

　　OOP backup

　　Ensure all jobs are billed correctly and in a timely manner

　　Process billing per assigned client and provide detail direction to Resources for client submission

　　Understand billing reports

　　Close jobs upon completion

　　Qualifications

　　Advertising/Media experience

　　Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, experience in SAP a plus

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

　　Ability to multi-task and shift gears, when necessary, while still meeting deadlines, with strong attention to detail

　　Great written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on providing timely and satisfactory responses

　　Strong organization skills

　　Be able to maneuver in real time for various situations

　　Strong interpersonal skills
