　　Salary: \$23.50/hr

　　2nd Shift Monday - Friday

　　Location: Elgin, IL

　　Midway Staffing is looking for an On-Site Supervisor to join our team!

　　The On-Site Supervisor partners with the clients management team, aswell as Midway Staffings branch personnel, to support our clientsstaffing and daily operation needs. In this role, you will help managethe respective clients new hire onboarding and payroll process, safetytraining and daily reporting. You will also oversee and coach ourcontract workers, providing exceptional customer service while promotinga positive work environment.

　　Responsibilities Include:

　　Assist with the clients\' onboarding process which includes onboardingpaper, on-the-job training, and orientation.

　　Assist with clients payroll functions which include submittingtimecards, reviewing assignments, administering checks, and reviewingpayroll reports.

　　Conduct safety training for all new hires onsite in addition to dailysite walkthroughs for safety checks.

　　Maintain daily communication and relationship with the respective clientleadership team.

　　Prepare and deliver daily reports for respective clients, reports caninclude rosters, attendance, and safety reporting.

　　Assists the Midway Staffing recruitment team with posting jobs onelectronic job boards, sourcing candidates, and initial screening ofcandidates.

　　Perform other duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications/Skills Needed to succeed:

　　Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish Required.

　　Prior On-Site or staffing experience a plus!

　　Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.

　　Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

　　Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

　　Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meetdeadlines.

　　Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment with a sense ofurgency.

　　Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

　　High School Diploma or GED, required.
