Description We are on the lookout for a Bilingual Legal Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is based in Austin, Texas and is within the legal industry. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, educating them on our offerings, and supporting existing clients. Additionally, you will support the legal team with various tasks as needed. This job offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.
Key responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients and educate them on our services
• Support existing clients by providing information and assistance related to our services
• Drive business growth by contacting leads and potential clients
• Support the legal team by conducting appointments and handling various tasks as needed
• Stay updated with developments in immigration law
• Learn and understand the firm's services, pricing, and offerings
• Follow up with leads and provide exceptional client service
• Use CRM and ERP solutions to manage and track client interactions
• Leverage your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with clients
• Use your familiarity with the Texas legal system to advise clients on available options through our immigration services. Requirements • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and another language
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) software
• Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP Solutions
• Experience with 'About Time' software
• Capable of answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Skilled in auditing processes
• Understands and can handle billing functions
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Legal sales consultancy experience is an advantage
• Ability to work with diverse teams and clients
• Must have a customer-centric attitude
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
