This is a role well suited to anambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Customer ServiceRepresentative, you will be responsible to :
Processesincoming customer orders, inquiries and/or service requests regardingproducts and/or services from customers and our local team (FSRs, TAS, AM,BM) nationwide.
Processescredits, returns and logging complaints using the control tower to reportany order or material discrepancy
Providebilingual telephone support to customers
Processesscheduled agreements and reservations as required by customers
Manages andfiles clients' information in the information system in SAP or otherdatabases.
Cooperates withclients and service representatives/account managers to clarify orders andissues.
Participates ininvestigating and resolving commercial and/or after sales supportproblems.
Validatescustomer pricing and works with Contracts dept, Credit & Collections,and Account Manager to resolve pricing disputes.
Monitor backorders and allocations and escalates all issues where necessary.
Generatesreports as required
Perform filingand archiving activities using SharePoint
Substitute forand or assist department staff
Required skills to have for the success of this role
Bilingual inEnglish and French
Post-secondaryeducation or equivalent
1-3 years ofcustomer facing experience and or telephone support
Excellentorganizational interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge ofrelated products and or services
Ability tomultitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability toadapt quickly to new technologies
Strongattention to detail
Problem solvingand analytical skills
Must be able towork under stress
Must be a Teamplayer
Must be able towork SHIFTS (8:00 AM – 6:00PM), as required
Priorexperience with SAP preferred
