  Attention Tampa residents! A busy call center in the Temple Terrace area is now accepting applications for a call center class starting 1/29 or 1/31! Openings for Spanish speaking agents available now... English speaking only positions MAY be available in the future. * Must have 1 year of call center experience to qualify* Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Onsite Tampa, FL 33637) Duration: Temp to Hire Opportunity based on performance Hours: Must available for any 8 hour shift between 11:00AM-9:00PM Monday-Friday. *Please let me know if you have open availability between these hours or can only work certain hours. We try to accommodate schedule requests but are not always able to. Position Summary: Class Action business operates a call center to handle potential claimant inquiries and claims. The incumbent for this position is responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, processing email, chat and callback interaction Requirements: · Good verbal and written communication skills · Dependable and able to adhere to schedule · Effective problem solving skills · Effective listening skills · Customer service orientation · Attention to detail · Ability to work effectively in a high volume/stressful environment. · Ability to sit at a workstation for long periods of time *MUST BE WILLING TO TAKE A 7 YEAR BACKGROUND CHECK AND PROVIDE TWO [2] FORMS OF VALID, UNEXPIRED ID.

  salary: $18.99 - $19 per hour

  work hours: 11:30 AM - 8 PM

  Responsibilities

  Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed.

  · Route calls as needed to appropriate resources.

  · Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers.

  · Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team

  · Complete necessary administrative work as needed and complete call logs accurately

  · Other projects as assigned by the supervisor.

  Skills

  Active Listening (1 year of experience is required)

  Telephone Etiquette

  Call Center Experience (1 year of experience is required)

  Basic Computer Skills (3 years of experience is required)

  Qualifications
