What does an Area Sales Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?As an Area Sales Manager in Food Service - On Premise at Swire Coca-Cola,you'll lead a team of field sales professionals to deliver business growthwithin your assigned region. From ensuring your team is prospecting &capturing new business and nurturing customer relationships to overseeingcontract renewals and optimizing brand visibility, your role is vital fordriving revenue and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will shape salesstrategies, collaboration, and compliance, contributing to thecompany's market presence and success.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets withinthe designated areaLead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, training, feedback,and hold accountable to deliver against business objectivesAnalyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences for growthopportunitiesMaintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailersMonitor sales data, identify areas for improvement, and take correctiveactionsManage product distribution for timely deliveriesImplement Point of Sale activation plans to boost visibility and salesPresent sales reports and metrics to senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred2+ years of sales management in beverage, FMCG, or consumer goodsProven track record exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership, team motivation, and development skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesAnalytical mindset for data-driven decision-makingProficiency in sales and data analysis toolsEffective multitasking and time managementWillingness to travel as required#LI-AV1
Base pay range is $65,600 to $72,000 plus bonus structure. Pay offeredwill depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevantexperience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
