Description

Robert Half is seeking a talented and detail-oriented BI Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, create data models, and develop interactive dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models for efficient data analysis.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Create interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all BI solutions.

Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for BI applications and tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Analyst.

Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle).

Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.

Knowledge of data governance and best practices.
