　　Responsibilities

　　Working with the overall Occupancy Strategy and real estate portfolio plan to develop detailed analytics

　　Leveraging analytics to help inform business unit strategies

　　Support Strategic Functions - quarterly planning meetings, long term planning and divisional summaries

　　Provide reports to inform global, domestic, building, divisional views using tableau, excel and Power BI

　　Have the ability to design and develop Power Apps to help support client interface /user experience
