  SummaryThe part-time Benefits Coordinator, Human Resources Solutions Center (HRSC), is responsible for helping process medical support orders and distributing department correspondence. The role allows for flexible hours and is expected to only work around 10-12 hours per week.Responsibilities/DutiesScans medical support orders on weekly basis.Mails completed medical support orders on a weekly basisProcesses and distributes all department correspondencePerform other duties as assignedExperience/Skills/Knowledge/AbilitiesPrior experience using copy machinesPrior experience in human resources, preferredHighly organizedAbility to complete work independentlyAbility to use emailDemonstrated problem solving skillsAbility to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and sound judgment alwaysEducationHigh school diplomaThe hourly rate for this position is $16.30/hour. This hourly rate is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, geographic location, the expected quality, and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
