Description

We are offering a position for a Benefits Support role, based in CHESAPEAKE, Virginia, United States. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage documentation and provide administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately update SLM/Tango with relevant dates and information

• Prepare reports using Excel

• Handle special projects as needed

• Submit final lease packages via DocuSign whenever feasible

• Generate transmittal letters to be sent with the signed leases to landlords

Requirements

• Strong administrative skills, with experience in organizing, planning and executing administrative tasks.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.

• Understanding of benefits packages and regulations within the retail industry.

• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
