Job Title: Claims Adjudication Specialist

Job Description:

Apply pharmacy and benefit configurations based on change requests.

Research and troubleshoot basic claims issues.

Understand internal system logic for claims processing.

Ensure customer satisfaction by working with internal teams to meet business requirements.

Use standard methods to avoid inefficient configurations.

Validate new plan configurations through testing.

Document clients' plan designs and best practices.

Plan and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and accurate claims processing.

Expectations:

Follow detailed instructions and work with complex data.

Apply basic math concepts like fractions and percentages.

Read and interpret business and technical documents.

Write reports and communicate effectively with various groups.

Gather business requirements and interact positively with clients and colleagues.

Be accountable for meeting service commitments and achieving results.

Be punctual, follow directions, work well with others, and comply with company policies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
