Job Description Summary

　　BD is currently hiring for the new exciting opportunity of MDS Marketing Manager, Medication Delivery Cluster, UK&I and Nordics.

　　The Marketing Manager, Medication Delivery Cluster is accountable for MDS portfolio and the marketing strategies and tactics development and execution in line with global and regional guidance across the cluster, working closely with hub and regional teams. You will own the product life cycle management from commercialisation to discontinuation, incl. go-to-market planning, registration requests, supported by PLC operations. Translates and develops relevant value proposition and overall portfolio strategy by segment / channel.

　　The position is preferably hybrid working out of the BD office in Winnersh, however we would also consider hybrid working out of Stockholm.

　　Our vision for Medication Delivery Solutions at BD

　　As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anaesthesia and closed medication management.

　　Main responsibilities will include:

　　Drives and implements portfolio/platform and marketing strategies and tactics development and execution in line with global and regional guidance as well as identified cluster and customer priorities.

　　Product Life Cycle Management – from commercialisation to discontinuation ownership, incl. registration requests, supported by PLC operations.

　　Develops and applies deep market and customer insights and consolidate insights on overall portfolio and competitors.

　　Co-develops marketing and strategy plans with marketing leader and hubs.

　　Converts and develops relevant value proposition and overall portfolio strategy by segment / channel.

　　Engages with hub teams to localise and develop portfolio relevant content and materials / optimises sales support, including tender criteria value drivers, positioning to win.

　　Ensures relevant strategies and tools to drive customer engagements.

　　Provides training on portfolio and applications, key supporting evidence, and general portfolio expertise.

　　Provides pricing guidance to customer facing teams in line with global and regional guidance.

　　Drives campaign planning and execution based on segmentation and targeting aligned with overall solution offer and regional campaigns.

　　Supports planning process and opportunity management.

　　Portfolio demand and forecasting guidance / performance management and tracking, including FSA

　　KPI / milestones tracking for portfolio scope.

　　Up streams input on portfolio development

　　About you

　　Extensive experience in product and/or marketing management, in Life Sciences/MedTech industry and strong technical marketing acumen.

　　Ability to influence without authority, using relationships and networks within the BD matrix to influence strategies within the region, cluster, country level

　　International experience is preferred

　　Strong analytical skills

　　Results-driven and takes ownership of tasks and get things done

　　Flexible regarding travel (Up to 30-40% travel required)
