　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Individual will analyze and troubleshoot batch processing issues, schedule and monitor batch jobs, and provide technical guidance to project teams.

　　Additionally, Batch operations staff will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the batch application software, ActiveBatch, including patching, issue resolution, etc.

　　The operator will be responsible for maintaining the workflow of the batch jobs, monitoring the batch jobs, and triage and manage issues related to the execution of the batch jobs

　　As a member of the operations team, you will also be responsible for implementing new batch jobs through the intake process from other vendors and promoting them through the environments

　　Working with multiple vendors and coordinating amongst them will be key as part of any new implementation or issue resolution.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Minimum 1 year of ActiveBatch Software

　　Minimum 1 year of Batch Processing

　　Minimum 1 year of Batch Monitoring

　　High School Diploma or GED

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree

　　Knowledge of Batch Technical Infrastructure
