　　About the Role

　　Bartenders are responsible to host and serve all guests, ensuring they have an exceptional drinking & dining experience; creating lasting memories and building relationships. You will bring our bar concepts to life by using your personal flair and style when interacting with our guests.

　　Some of the responsibilities include:

　　Attend lunch and dinner brief with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service.

　　To be fully conversant with all services, offers, promotions and facilities offered by the hotel.

　　Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation.

　　Attend all training where required.

　　To be charismatic and make conversation easily and with an array of people.

　　Following international and local Bar and Drink trends

　　Closely follow and complete opening and closing procedures and check lists

　　Serve alcohol responsibly and report any concerns to duty manager immediately.

　　Qualifications:

　　Previous Food & Beverage experience in hotel environment or similar fast-paced environment

　　A valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

　　The ability to create a positive first impression.

　　The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

　　Mixologist / cocktail bar background
