Pay Rate: $13/hr + 10% commission

　　Responsibilities

　　Ensure that bar operations run smoothly and efficiently

　　Greet customers and take their orders accurately and politely

　　Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

　　Stock bar with necessary beverages, garnishes, utensils, and glassware

　　Keep the bar area clean, safe, and organized

　　Maintain inventory of bar supplies and communicate any needs to the management team

　　Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly and attentive service

　　Requirements

　　Proven experience as a bartender

　　Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks

　　Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

　　Outstanding customer service skills

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

　　Must be available to work weekends and holidays

　　Must pass a background and reference check and adhere to the DHGC culture.
