　　The Bartender shall mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to customers seated at Gaming Machines or bar areas throughout the gaming facilities

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Takes orders from guests and ServersMaintains complete knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic selections, specials and mixes ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinksMaintains a complete awareness of cocktail and drink recipes and production methodsMaintains a complete knowledge of designated glassware and garnish for each drinkMaintains knowledgeable of different types of alcoholic beverages and their methods of productionInspects cleanliness and condition of assigned stations and associated public space and rectifies any deficienciesGreets guests and takes orders utilizing suggestive selling and up-selling techniquesUtilizes Call Order procedures when preparing orders for ServersContinuously maintains cleanliness and organization of bars, bottle displays, coolers and station equipment```{=html}

　　High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six (6) months from start date as a condition of continued employmentMust be twenty-one (21) years of age or olderOne (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience-required```{=html}

　　```- Willingness and ability to lift and maneuver a minimum of fifty (50) pounds- Demonstrated ability to communicate, in English, effectively both verbally and in writing, and understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats- Must successfully pass job interview, including a guest service audition- Must successfully complete Responsible Vendor Alcoholic Beverage Service, and TIPS training- Must successfully complete ServeSafe Sanitation training- Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required- Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position- Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
