　　Barista

　　Our Baristas are the face of our business. They ensure that our Guests have a great experience by attending to Guests' needs, answering any questions they might have regarding our products and preparing the Guests order in a thorough and timely manner. 

　　Summary Of Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

　　 Greet Guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments

　　 Prepares and packages food and drink products

　　 Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the store at all times including dining room, stock room, restroom & exterior

　　 Maintains health and safety standards in work areas

　　 Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed

　　 Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts

　　 Follows Beans and Brews uniform and grooming standards and policies
