Job Description:
This position performs the role of lead project coordinator position for the badging and site access process. This requires comprehensive knowledge in project documentation, project procedures, and relevant company policies and procedures.
• Working in conjunction with the Human Resources manager, this role administers the company's pre-employment badging/security functions and oversees the employee onboarding process.
• This position trains and supervises Badging and Onboarding staff and assigns duties as required for accomplishing the completion of projects.
• Assistant in the development, execute and monitor project badging and onboarding policies and procedures to safeguard property, equipment, security information, intellectual property, and personnel
• Ensure adequate supervision of effective access controls.
• Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines
• Plan and coordinate major project activities, including support of task force objectives and/or project milestones
• Ensure that project correspondence and project documentation are handled according to a prescribed format
• Assist in writing, editing, and updating the Project Procedure Manual and Job Bulletins
• Other duties as assigned
