Our Fairlawn, OH location is seeking a BA (ISAM) Internal Communications manager to join our team.

  As BA Internal Communications Manager you develop and implement the BA Internal Communications strategy aligned with the group sector. The goal is tosupport employee identification with the company and its goals. You develop and ensure clear, consistent messages throughout the organization and empower the BA management to communicate these messages to the BA target groupsthrough appropriate internal channels.

  Develop, manage, andimplement the internal communication strategy to support the execution of the BA strategyConsult and support leaders with communication measures and trainingManagecentral communication channels on BA level(e.g., Intranet, ConNext, ...)Advise BA managementon positioning in internal channelsAre responsible for internal communication of crisis topics and issues on BA levelAre responsible for transformation and change communication on BA levelPlan and manage internal events and initiatives on BA levelAlign and coordinate with location communicatorsEvaluate the success of your communication measuresParticipate in regularexchange and best practice sharing with Internal Communications networkInspire your stakeholder and contact partner with an effective communication of high intercultural sensitivityAre convinced that networking and knowledge sharing are key drivers for success.WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY

  Qualifications

  BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  University degree in the field of communications, marketing, or comparable qualificationSeveral years of experience working within international teamsSeveral years of experience in communications preferablyin internal communicationsExperienced in complex matrix organizationsFluent in written and spokenEnglishHigh level of commitment and understanding of different stakeholder communication requirementsHands-on mentalityHigh level of resilience and the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditionsQuick grasp of new conceptsAbility to build and move within independent organizational networksEditorial competence (writing and editing texts), creation of target group-oriented communicationTool know-how and affinity to work with different communication channels (e.g., content management system, ...)Ability to work with teams at all organizational levels (management and employees)Project management and organizational skillsThis position is part of the One ContiTech reorganization.
