What's The Role
The Sales support Representative is responsible for providing support to all sales channels through the ownership of sales pipeline driving efficiencies to deliver sales fulfilment rates.
Develop, manage and deliver support services to the organization's sales force. Managing sales-related systems databases (e.g., CRM). Sales territory planning. Sales reporting (Sales Commission, Salesforce.com, Back Office Sales Ops)
What You'll Do
Assist in the validation of IDs, Customer accounts for SIMs assigned as well as credit checks.
Process all requests at agreed SLAs made by sales Channels via email, applications received and telephone
Track all request for service to ensure completion of service orders
Ensure compliance with business rules and operating procedures when provisioning and maintaining customer accounts
Verification of new plant for provisioning RFS
Point of escalation for all B2C Sales Channels on application processing issues
Ensure customer orders are properly received, processed and delivered
Co-ordinate the fulfillment with respective teams and liaise with delivery partners to ensure fulfillment is complete
Co-ordinate the fulfilment with service delivery to ensure service is completed for tangible and intangible services
Lead the delivery effort once the customer has purchased
Plan and forecast inventory to ensure that the warehouse always has a sufficient amount of inventory and products to meet customer needs
Compile reports on the volume and nature of processed orders and submit to your manager
Effectively coordinate with customers and providers of transportation and logistics services
Ensuring that leads are valid and translated into sales
Contribute towards revenue or RGU's targets per campaign or promotion
Monitoring and tracking raised orders through to completion
Auditing and optimizing the customer journey
Generate ideas to increase sales and move slow moving inventory in collaboration with BMC and Channel Managers
Knowledge, Skills Experience
Post-secondary school qualification required
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales environment
Knowledge of Telecoms Products
Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Analytical and organisational skills
Training and presentation skills
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-moving environment
Results oriented and deadline driven
Previous retail or supervisory experience would be an asset
At least one year in a commissioned based environment preferred
