A B2B transactional Team Leader’s [TL] role is to provide direction, instructions and guidance to individuals or group, who can also be known as a team, for the purpose of achieving goals. A Teamleader serves various roles in the organization. The job of a TL is to get tasks done by using all of the resources available, including other employees or Team members. A Teamleader is responsible for achievement of goals set within given timelines by guiding, supporting and developing skills of their direct reports
TL has knowledge of standard procedures required on TL position and on team he/she manages. TL can change different parts of standard approach to serve customer best, but cannot add or delete procedures without DOA approvals.
Establishes quality standards consistent with overall quality goals. Impacts key quality goals including customer satisfaction, error rate decrease, continuous improvement, timeliness, accuracy, Efficiency, cost savings and process quality.
This position manages a work unit of employees where work planning, scheduling, reporting, monitoring and reviewing work of subordinates is required. The position is responsible for all personnel issues and performance evaluation of subordinates.
TL must strive for self-development and their competence.
Key Responsabilities
Lead the B2B transactional, dedicated to various European regions,
Is the first point of escalation for CS related issues for assigned region,
Own and improve the B2B transactional processes:
Ensure incoming emails are processed within KPI level, based on SOPs as well as best practice,
Ensure incoming calls are handled within KPI, based on SOPs as well as best practice.
Manage backlogs by spreading workload and diversity
Report performance of individuals and team
Support and/or participate in migration of business processes from European countries to SSC,
Is accountable for B2B transactional operations/targets/KPI’s within the assigned region, such as:
Avarage line/Month
SL1/2
Fulfillment rate
Volume
Quality,
Supporting team members and direct reports by knowledge share and best practice sharing, in case of emergency help them with order entry and call answer,
Internal communication with peers as well as external contact with customers and vendors, in CS and B2B transactional related issues,
Drive actions to influence high motivation, good working atmosphere and friendly environment,
Be active part of recruitment process for his/her team.
