  Job Description:

  Role Summary/Purpose:

  The Scrum Master for Artificial Intelligence Projects will facilitate and coordinate the agile development process, as it relates to defining, planning, and delivering various AI initiatives throughout the enterprise. The Scrum Master for Artificial Intelligence Projects will also work with business and technology teams to support, monitor and improve AI capabilities for specific AI Products, such as Large Language Model integration, ensuring a consistent and effective AI strategy.

  Essential Responsibilities:

  Lead and coach agile teams as they implement various AI solutions using Large Language Model integration, managing the full AI product life cycle from ideation to deployment.

  Develop and maintain the guidelines, job aides, and/or templates to provide uniformity and consistency to AI projects, as it concerns use case development, model training and testing, stakeholder analysis, and risk assessment determination specific to the assigned AI product.

  Collaborate with Change Management within each affected function to develop communication plans and other effective change approaches to drive AI adoption and value realization.

  Track and report on key performance indicators as it concerns AI and process transformation for the AI product line managed.

  Build and maintain strong relationship management capabilities to enable a positive engagement experience with functional stakeholders and AI vendors.

  Forecast staffing and resource (infrastructure, license, etc.) needs as the AI demand grows within the AI product line managed.

  Facilitate various Agile ceremonies including running the scrum and or Kanban for the Agile teams delivering the AI product this role is aligned to.

  Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

  Qualifications/Requirements:

  Bachelor's degree and 4+ years' experience working in technology program management integration (or in lieu of a degree 8+ years)

  Experience in Project Management and risk analysis for a financial services firm

  Familiarity with leading automation tools and Engagement Models

  Experience with both Agile, and traditional software project management approaches

  Have experience leading project teams in a matrix environment

  Experience influencing internal and external decision-makers.

  Desired Characteristics:

  Have direct experience leading a generative AI proof of concept, pilot, and/or production engagement for a financial institution using a leading generative AI tool or framework

  Successfully managed external consulting teams on enterprise pivotal engagements, for either IT and non-IT initiatives that involve generative AI solutions

  Developed, and/or, managed the policy risk governance framework for either a key business function, or for an institution, and has some knowledge, and/or expertise in financial services risk management, and familiarity with the ethical and legal implications of generative AI

  Holds, and/or working towards, a leading project management certification such as the Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Professional), or is a certified Scrum Master

  Experience with other AI tools and technologies, such as natural language processing, computer vision, machine learning, etc.

  Previous Product Management and scrum master/Kanban management experience

  Grade/Level: 11

  The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

  Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

  Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

  Eligibility Requirements:

  You must be 18 years or older

  You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

  You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

  New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
